BAKE CHEESE TART CIAL YOKOHAMA STORE
Interior design of “BAKE CHEESE TART” CIAL Yokohama store specializing in freshly baked cheese tart.
Since the shop is a factory integrated type, we expressed how cheese tart baked in the oven flows onto the conveyor belt to the guests. The sloping counter enhances the attractiveness of freshly baked cheese tart. Although it is a very small store, it gives a big impression compared to other adjacent stores due to the structure that does not separate the sales floor from the factory. By arranging kitchen equipment and materials, we convey the concept of factory integration more clearly. In addition, the package display is also expressed as if the package were being carried on a conveyor belt. In that way, an uplifting feeling were brought by the whole space. The cheese tart, which is the main character, is complemented and the atmosphere of a lively store is created.
