Workflow

Interior Design Example
  1. Consultation
    Initial consultations are free. Please let us know your requirements, budget, and schedule. If the site is already determined, we can also visit for an on-site inspection. For overseas projects, site visits will be conducted after the contract is signed.
  2. Agreement / Contract
    Once the project direction and scope are decided, we will prepare an estimate. After reviewing and approving the contents, we will proceed with the contract.
  3. Presentation
    Based on the consultation and site inspection, we create conceptual renderings and floor plans to present our proposals.
  4. Concept Design
    We refine the proposals based on your feedback from the presentation. Once the design is finalized, we prepare documents for construction companies to request estimates.
  5. Estimate Request
    We request estimates from construction companies and adjust the contents as necessary. For overseas projects, please provide contacts of local construction partners if needed.
  6. Detailed Design
    Detailed drawings are prepared, and discussions with the construction company are carried out to ensure accuracy.
  7. Site Check / Supervision
    We check the site and respond appropriately according to the conditions.
  8. Completion

    We request estimates from printing companies or other production partners and adjust the contents as necessary. For overseas projects, please provide contacts of local production partners if needed.
  6. Proofing & Submission
    Color proofs and final data preparation are carried out as necessary before submission to production.
  7. Completion
    Deliverables received from the printing or production company.
  8. Aftercare / Follow-up
    We provide data and specification sheets according to the contract. Additional orders or revisions are also supported, so you can have peace of mind.
