Bridgestone Softrobotics Ventures Exhibition -FOOMA JAPAN 2023-
Exhibition booth design at FOOMA JAPAN 2023 for Bridgestone Soft robotics Ventures.
The concept of this exhibition is to “design encounters with soft robotics.”It was planned by Ayako Suwa, who presides over food creation.Based on the images and words of Ayako Suwa, we created a design to embody the concept.In the fixtures installed in the center of the booth, a soft robot hand blends into the table display by Ayako Suwa. Visitors can see how the soft robot hand actually moves here. Also, a soft robot hand named GIPT is installed on a soft wall filled with orange light. By interacting with GIPT, visitors can experience its new and highly original existence.We repeatedly verified materials, construction methods, lighting plans, signs, spatial appearance, etc. We aimed for a space that embodies the charm of the concept. The strong centripetal force gave form to the encounter between many visitors and soft robotics.
